When Dawn and Matthew contacted me about photographing their October wedding at The Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta, Georgia I was SO excited! Not only is this venue amazing, it is in Atlanta, which is a GREAT city!
Dawn and Matthew are the sweetest couple! Not only that, they are amazing wedding photographers themselves over at Peach and Oak Photography! I am not going to lie, knowing I was going to be photographing fellow photographers made me a little nervous! I wanted to be the best I could be for them and definitely did not want to let them down!
I travelled down to Atlanta at the end of July for their engagement session and I am SO happy with the results! We stopped in at The Fernbank Museum to do some photos (and so I could scope out their wedding venue) and then headed over to a gorgeous nearby park! As you’ll see if the photos, there are DINASOURS in some of the photos!!!! How cool is that?! And, can I just say, how GORGEOUS is Dawn’s ring?! Seriously, good job Matthew!
All of the images were taken using my Contax 645 film camera and I used Portra 400 film which a roll of Fuji 400H film mixed in there for the indoor photos!
Dawn and Matthew, thank you for choosing me to capture your love! I cannot wait for your October wedding! <3
