Aileen and Dustin

Aileen and Dustin reached out to me to photograph their wedding. We set up a time to FaceTime and I felt a connection! Our personalities blended so well and we were all three excited about their wedding! When we met for their engagement session, Aileen & Dustin felt like lifelong friends to me! And their sweet pup Cali spoke to my dog-loving heart! Their spring Polo Barn at Saxony Farms wedding was an absolute dream to photograph!

Their wedding day was the perfect day at Polo Barn at Saxony Farms! The farm itself is stunning and is a picturesque example of how beautiful Kentucky is. Their inspiration was very organic. They incorporated white florals and greenery. This accented the natural beauty of the venue. They chose to do the first look and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! Their reactions were so so sweet and you can just see their love in their smiles. To say we got some amazing bride & groom portraits would be an understatement. One thing I appreciate so much is when couples want to allow enough time on the wedding day to ensure we get loads of portraits of them. This is your best day, and you will be so happy have those images for years to come!

Their Big Day

Their mid-afternoon ceremony was filled with so much joy. It was followed by a lively reception where guest danced the night away! The cherry on top of their best day was the amazing sunset we were blessed with! Not only did this sweet couple get mid-day light portraits, but they got those dreamy warm sunset images too! It is hard to pick my favorite part of their wedding day because it was all so good. But if I had to pick one part, it may be the photos we were able to get with the horses that live on the property! Hello, Kentucky!
