I first met Kim & Alex via Instagram where she entered an engagement giveaway I held! Kim happened to be the lucky winner of the session! Once we started planning her session, she mentioned wanting to do them in Savannah, Georgia. This is also where their wedding will be!

Savannah is one of my favorite places on Earth. It has been like my home-away-from-home for the past 12 years since my sister moved south of Savannah. From the Spanish Moss filled trees, to the rich historic river street, Savannah is such a charming and special place!

We started their morning session at Wormsloe Historic Site. If you haven’t been, definitely make a point to go when you’re in Savannah! The long, tree-lined road is simply breathtaking! We were lucky enough to get a little time without traffic or a lot of people. This made their photos even more dreamy!

After Wormsloe, we drove out to Tybee Island to take beach photos! By this point, it was mid-day, but thank goodness for how film handles mid-day sun! We were able to find a little spot on the beach to ourselves and had so much fun! These two are naturals in front of the camera and their love is so evident when you’re around them!

I feel so blessed to have gotten to meet these lovebirds! They are the sweetest and I felt like we had known each other for years after minutes of meeting them in person! Best of wishes Kim and Alex! xoxo
